The Food and Drug Administration has announced that the team led by Futrend, which included Buchanan & Edwards and Deloitte, has been awarded the contract for the redesign of the FDA new employee onboarding process. During this contract the team will evaluate the current onboarding process and look to increase efficiency with regard to employee training, equipment provisioning, and the purchasing of new technologies to assist in streamlining the onboarding process.

B&E is proud to be able to leverage our extensive experience with government human resource systems to help the FDA improve employee experience and save millions of dollars by reducing the time new employees are inactive. B&E will assist in the creation of a new employee survey of the onboarding process that will allow the FDA to make improvements over time as the new onboarding processes come online.
