
Bridget currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Professional Development for GTSI Corp, offering Buchanan & Edwards invaluable experience in Human Capital Management and performance management. Bridget has also served as Director of Recruiting for Software AG America, and is a current Board member for Equal Footing, NVTC.
Bridget is a graduate of Dartmouth University's Executive Leadership Program, Duke University's Executive Leadership Program, as well as Harvard University's Executive and Human Capital Leadership programs.

Rick has 30 years of broad and diverse industry experience as an Executive and leader. As a Board or Advisory Board member, Rick seeks to assist companies desiring to achieve profitable growth. Rick currently serves as SVP – General Manager for the Numerex Corp. (Ticker NMRX) Location Based Services Group, responsible for mobile asset tracking. Most recently, Rick served as President & CEO of SkyBitz, Inc., where for nearly four years, he led the Company, growing annual revenue profitably from $1.6MM in 2003 to $26.7MM in 2006.
Before his entrepreneurial experiences, Rick held corporate CFO positions at several US and international manufacturing, service, distribution and environmental companies ranging in size from $50MM to $450MM in revenue including Spatco, Inc., Yale Security, Inc. and Dover Elevator Company. Rick began his career as a CPA at Deloitte Haskins & Sells and received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in accounting from Duke University.
Tom Fradette is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for DCS Corporation, a $150 million technology company. In addition to traditional CFO functions, he chairs DCS’s acquisition committee and oversees contracts, regulatory compliance, pricing, and purchasing. Prior to joining DCS, Mr. Fradette served as Stanley’s Chief Accounting Officer and supported Stanley’s 2006 initial public offering, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and four of its acquisitions. His extensive industry experience includes accounting and financial management positions at Textron, Raytheon and Kaman. Mr. Fradette earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, an MBA from Babson College, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia.
Peter currently serves as the Executive Vice President for The Seneca Group, a woman-owned minority business that provides legacy system migration for civil agencies of the Government. Before joining The Seneca Group, Peter served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Raytheon Information Solutions, controlling over $300 million in Federal Information Technology business across the organization.
Peter is a former U.S. Air Force Captain and Vietnam Veteran. Prior to his business endeavors, Peter received education from Georgetown University, the University of Wisconsin, and the Harvard Business School. He also serves on the Government Advisory Board for TechAmerica, and the Board of Governors for The Tower Club.
Mark Boster is an industry leader in both Federal Government and private sector. He brings over 30 years of management experience including 20 years of IT management at all levels of the Federal Government and private sector. Dr. Boster is a demonstrated leader in building businesses and growing partnerships between businesses and government to accomplish mutual goals and exceed customers' expectations.
Most recently, Dr. Boster was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Platinum Solutions. Joining Platinum in 2005, Dr. Boster led the company growth from 2004 revenue of $2.4 million to revenue in excess of $31 million in 2009. The total growth represents a 970% increase and a CAGR of 60%.
Prior to Platinum Solutions, Dr. Boster was Senior Vice President at ICF and was Group Senior Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). A senior executive fellow at Harvard University, Dr. Boster also worked for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) as the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Information Resources Management.
