WASHINGTON, May 22, 2018 — Buchanan & Edwards Inc., an award-winning and fast-growing technology leader creating transformative solutions for government customers, announced today that former Associate Director of Foreign Affairs Katie Mooshian has been named the new director of foreign affairs. Mooshian, who has more than a decade of experience managing client delivery teams, will be leading Buchanan & Edwards’ programs at the Department of State and the Agency of International Development.

Before joining Buchanan & Edwards in 2017, Mooshian worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing support and coaching to various client teams within the company. In that role, Mooshian helped grow business development by more than 200 percent in less than three years and managed an annual client portfolio of more than $7 million.

Mooshian is a graduate of Cornell College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations, politics and Spanish. She also received a master’s degree in international relations and affairs from George Washington University.
