Medical Coverage is effective on your start date. Dependent coverage can be purchased separately. Prescription drug, mental health and substance abuse programs are also provided under the medical plan.

Life Insurance permits employees to receive two times their salary up to a maximum of $100,000 through Guarantee Life.

Short Term Disability provides peace of mind for employees with injuries or illness in excess of the 8-day grace period, or on the first day of hospitalization.

Long Term Disability is an extension of Short Term Disability. After a six-month grace period, employees can receive monthly income.

401(k) Employees can contribute up to 15% of their annual salary (or IRS maximum) with a company match of 50% of the first 6% that the employee contributes.
