MOHAMED ELANSARY

CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER


Mohamed Elansary joined BE in 2013 as the Director of Law Enforcement, National Security, and Defense Business Units. He currently serves as BE’s Chief Growth Officer and is responsible for BE’s growth, practice areas, and strategic initiatives.  Mohamed partners with BE’s P&L leaders to support growth through high delivery standards as well as leveraging customer relationships to expand existing work and identify new work opportunities. As a key member of the leadership team, Mohamed also helps shape strategic planning and policy.

He is a high-performing, results-oriented executive and a certified PMP with over 20 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the commercial and federal civilian IT market. Mohamed excels in providing transformational leadership to the federal government and commercial clients through the use of innovative technologies and best business practices. He is a subject matter expert in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing having deployed the CEB, USPS, US Courts, and DC Courts Enterprise Data Warehouses.

Prior to BE, Mohamed served as the Director of Judiciary Services for Guident. He served in a number of increasingly responsible positions starting with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting where he started his professional career as a Consultant and Senior Consultant, Beta Programs Manager for MicroStrategy, Professional Services Manager for CAST Software, Project Manager for Anteon (GDIT), and Director of IT for Corporate Executive Board (CEB).

Mohamed graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is an active member of InfraGard, a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and members of the private sector dedicated to the protection of U.S. Critical Infrastructure. Through this membership, Mohamed has served on the Board of Directors for the InfraGard Member’s Alliance (IMA) National Capital Region (NCR) and on the National Board for InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA).  He is currently an ex officio Board Member on the NCR IMA and is a member of FBI Washington DC Citizens Academy Alumni Association. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified TBM executive, and a Public Sector Data Governance Professional (PSDGP). Mohamed is an active AFCEA and PMI member and was recognized for his commitment to AFCEA Bethesda’s Law Enforcement IT Day. Mohamed is a graduate of the 2019 FBI Citizen’s Academy.
